Rainbow Brite, Lolita Style

When I saw this lineart in YamPuff's book "YamPuff's Stuff"

the first thing I noticed was the "shooting star" pattern on her dress.
It made me think of the belt buckle on Rainbow Brite's outfit:
 
So I decided to give this girl's outfit and hair the same colors as Rainbow.
Hope Yams (and everybody else) likes it!
