This one's an entry for a contest posted by =Silver-moon123...It's her OC Athena.
I figured after drawing so many pink-haired girls, a green-haired one would be a nice change of pace.
Anyway, she's not in school right now...She's at a TV studio about to audition for-->[link]
Wish her luck in getting the part...and wish me luck in winning the contest.

She must be rich if she can got o school in such a fancy dress. I usually see girls in such dresses during their prom. 
Or maybe she just likes to look beautiful every day. Looks cute, though her hair reminds me a bit more of a cloth than hair.
